Holistic practice dedicated to helping people develop skills to manage the stress in their lives. Stress is the biggest factor in illness and chronic conditions. We offer different modalities and one on one sessions to support individuals recover from illnesses and trauma.
Our mission is to provide you with a safe and quiet sanctuary where you can slow down, open up, and get in touch with the depth of who you are and what your potential truly is.

We are located in Longmont, Colorado, where we are dedicated to providing resources to deeply relax and restore our clients.
When we slow down, rest, and settle inside, we naturally sink deeper into our experience. As we sense this deepening, we begin to get more in touch with our bodies and our emotions. If we relax and go deeper, our experience becomes more magical as it expands beyond the usual physical, emotional, and mental realms.
For example, after good bodywork, we feel wonderful. We're grateful for the feeling of physical and emotional relief from stress and tension. We can feel so relaxed, feel our mind so slowed down, that we can feel slightly disoriented.
After great bodywork, however, we feel magical a highly relaxed, yet fully awake state of mind that is very quiet and still, with little or no movement of thought. For a time, we can feel tipsy with a clarity of awareness that makes sights, sounds, and sensations extraordinarily vivid, beyond our usual awareness.
Our techniques, bodywork, classes, trainings, and products are designed to put us in touch with that mysterious and deeply satisfying something that reconnects the healing force of life within to the healing strength of life throughout.
