I haven't even met these providers, but if you try to call them and follow the instructions for "first-time visitors," the phone beeps twice and then cuts your line. I'm an understanding person, but this makes for a pretty unfriendly first contact.

The staff must have not been trained very well. This therapist might as well be deaf. Everything I said went in one ear and out the other. She was more interested in making excuses for my wife and never listened to my side of the story. Or if she did listen she said that I was totally wrong, every time. Can one person be wrong all of the time? She is completely clueless. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I feel this therapist should be investigated and surrender her license. I feel she is a man hater. If you are having problems in your relationship there are better options. I don't think she understands a male/female relationship. If any other men are out there that have had a similar experience with this woman please post your story here. This woman should not be allowed to practice.
