They really go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable and welcome. They were very friendly and quite possibly had one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
