I am a licensed pastoral counselor offering hope, help and healing to women and men, age 18 and older, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, setting healthy boundaries (without guilt), parenting and more. My education and training as a pastoral counselor means that I am able to work with individuals of a wide range of faith and belief systems, beyond Christian, Jewish, Buddhist and many others, if faith is a topic of concern for you. That being said, I have no interest or agenda in "converting" any client to any specific faith system, and welcome to my practice those of great faith, little faith, lost faith or no specific faith.....without judgement.I have been in practice for more than 20 years in the Windham, Maine, area, and look forward to hearing from you, by phone, text or email, and learning how I might be most helpful. I am a provider for Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Maine and some other policies), Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim/Optum/United Health Care, Magellan, Martin's Point. I also offer a private pay fee to accommodate those not using insurance. Through no choice of my own, I am unable to accept MaineCare, Medicare, TriCare or other government insurance, due to federal licensing requirements.

I offer a problem-solving approach to counseling, with each client bringing his or her issues to each session. I have a tool-box full of strategies for dealing with anxiety, depressing, dealing with conflict in relationships, communication issues, parenting strategies, coping with loss and more. Due to COVID-19, I am respectful of the health and safety of us all, and am offering only phone/video sessions at this time. I am available Tuesdays through Fridays, and services may be accessed using your phone, tablet or laptop.
