In my experience I found them to be very professional. They care and want to understand how I interpret what happens to me. They listen well and offer options for how I could deal with issues in my life. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They were on time to see me for my appointment. I really appreciated the manner in which they used biblical principles but didn't coerce, judge or force them on me. I was concerned about that at first but after meeting with them it wasn't a problem at all.
