I have an holistic, integrative approach in my work. I look at all aspects of each person's life, including the physical, emotional, mental, interpersonal, cultural and spiritual. Together, we explore the unique and complex interaction of all of these areas of your past and present life and find ways to improve your life. Some of the issues that I frequently help people resolve include negative beliefs/feelings you may have about yourself, preoccupations and fears you may be struggling with re food and/or negative body image, worrying too much, feeling stressed out, relationship problems, grief, anguish, shame, and guilt, conflict in any area of your life, how to deal with work, financial and environmental stress, lack of motivation, fear or anxiety regarding health related stress, arising from illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight/eating problems, food allergies/sensitivities,sugar and other food addictions, headaches, joint pain and sleep problems. The result will be an increase in your overall health, happiness, sense of well-being and longevity.
