I have 20 yrs. experience in both outpatient and inpatient mental health settings I offer individual,couples,family psychotherapy providing empathy,exploration,empowerment for multiple behavioral health issues. Together we will work toward meeting lifes challanges with healthy coping skills, help find ways to decrease stressors, make positive changes , helping you to move forward in achieving your goals . I know it takes courage to make changes and taking the first step although sometimes difficult will bring you closer to freeing your self from what is not working in you life. My treatment approach SolutionFocused Breif Treatment,Cognitive Behavioral Treatment,Mindfulness,Strengths Based.Sessions are by appointment only. Please call me at 843-488-5001. If I am not available I will call you back to do a brief phone interview. I take most insurance and take private pay. My hours are weekdays 9am-8pm and Saturdays 9-12.
