They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here the office is a complete mess. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked, but she did dress well. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry, she only wants the money. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever as she was not prepared. I think I got a few gray hairs the last time I was waiting. She is always polite and never used foul language, which Is just a cover up. It's never made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. Her words are hollow with NO follow up. I know I can bring my kids, and she was quite indifferent and that worried me more than anything else! Just let them loose in the back yard and let an unemployed guy watch them. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. This HOUSE is a flop house for people with BIG problems and persistent unemployment. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover, it was a residential bathroom used by 2 of her renters! I had nothing to clean up with. The place was tooo clean. Her claim of Hypo allergenic therapy cats is BS, The cats (or at least one of them) is only 1/2 hypo allergenic! She make it up as she goes..no question here why she does not have but one customer (who she baby sits at night and is 80+ years old) and needs renters to help her pay the bills.
This woman/owner of Glen Oak Counseling Practice Kristin Ann Main cares nothing about the promises she makes. When you call her on any thing she will dump on you, dump you, and make you out to be a bad person since you wanted her to do what she told you she would do many days past. Kristen was not dependable, she would agree to things and then want you to change them or she would back out completely. She will not remember your name, constantly calling you "MY FRIEND"! I do not think she can remember.
