Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Every single possibility comes down to the turning point that was mishandled, mismanaged, and misdirected by this clueless man. This so-called healthcare professional who did no prep work and convinced me that informed, experienced healthcare was being provided by him - that I didn't need to seek an experienced professional.

He knew NOTHING about the issue. He had no idea what options were available to me and he bled me dry while leading me down blind alleys with uninformed carisma and unwarranted assurance.
