The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Dr. Sadi is terrible and made me feel crazy.
