I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. They are always polite and never use foul language. I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. She cancelled an appointment and confused the date of the reappointment and insisted I pay her for her mistake. I'm sorry she had an emergency and cancelled my appointment she seemed like a nice woman at first, but I would never see her again, Charging me for her mistake in billing was an outrage. I'm sure she'll blame me but it was her mistake. Finally, I got nothing positive from seeing her.
