Debbie Jockin is BY FAR my favorite out of all the literally dozens of therapists our family has seen in the area.

The overall office has gotten negative 1-star reviews just because of one therapist there, which is a real shame.

Debbie is the *only* one I’ve found here who can do CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) “modality” (treatment method).

That’s key. Everyone else we’ve seen is just like talking to a friend. You feel better very short term, but have to keep going and paying for years with little permanent improvement. Most therapists rarely list any specific proven psychological modalities they use.

CBT is a specific method of retraining your brain to stop bad thoughts/moods. It really worked, & fast. I was done after just 5 sessions.

And unlike most talk therapy, you can keep doing CBT at home for free to address address new problems.

Debbie is nice, supportive, flexible, insightful. She does other modalities too. Highly recommended.
