They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. We were trying to work through a co-parenting dispute. This provider was very easy going in the office and you thought she was listening to what you said, then the response after we left the opposite was the complete opposite. She is very incapable in high conflict resolution situations and does not seem to uphold what she tells you she will uphold. Don't call this provider if you want a return call. I have called and called and left countless messages and she never calls back. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.
