This so-called Veterinarian is a complete imbecile and an opportunist. My late cat, who was 18 years of age at the time she was "cared" for by this practice, was NEVER diagnosed of her problems - after over one week of visits. The doctor only prescribed fluids and antibiotics for her on a daily / bi-daily basis. When I finally had the money to take her to her proper Vet, she was diagnosed by him before I even finished the return trip home. My cat was black, which made detection of fleas difficult. It turned out she developed an anemia from flea bites - something easily seen by a qualified doctor that cares. She died as a result of this condition. Had "Doctor" Newbill spent any time whatsoever actually examining my cat he would have found this easily. Instead, he only concerned himself with racking up a very large bill through dispensing treatments that are not one step beyond first aid. At one point, he shrugged his shoulders at me and asked " So what do you wanna do"? This was him asking if I wanted to end her life. He also insisted that his sister practice in his hometown of Slidell, La was the only place in town to obtain internal imaging of cats, which is absurd and yet another play at one's wallet. This man is inept and greedy, and he succeeds because there are few options for animal care in Chalmette, La. Avoid this charlatan at all costs, he is a phony and an awful person for taking advantage of kind, good-hearted people.
