I started taking my newly adopted kittens to Dr. Miller a few months ago. So far, I've been very happy with him. He always greets me with a handshake and for the most part his staff is friendly (the girls sitting at the front desk could be a little more so when people walk in the door). Dr. Miller does not rush during the appointments. He is thorough and never seems to mind answering questions (and I generally have a lot).

If you have appointments on Saturday, expect to wait. Twice I've gone on a Saturday and have had to bring my two young children with me. I had to wait each time for about a half hour after my appointment time because Dr. Miller takes his time with each patient. That's a good thing, but to prevent these long waits (and they seem even longer when you have kids with you), I have started to make my appointments during the week and in the morning. You get in and out much faster.

Ironically, I didn't realize that when I made my first appointment with Dr. Miller that he is the brother of my children's pediatrician. Both doctors have the same bedside manner -- friendly, personable and goofy sense of humor. He is candid with his responses and doesn't believe in over medicating.

The office could use a bit of updating, but in the end, I'm sure that's how he keeps his costs down for both himself and his patients.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Miller if you are new pet owner or are looking to switch vets. He's all about his patients.

They can perform basic procedures, but not really complicated ones
Did your provider ask enough questions that you felt they took a holistic approach to your appointment?
I think they really try to take a holistic approach but I felt a bit rushed with all their questions.
