They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that my pets are under the care of an expert. I felt that he really valued their health and happiness becausehe followed up even after my appointment just to check up on them. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is the high level of customer service. His full attention is always on me/my pets and he never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy! -
