I have been going to ESL since 1982 when it was Dr. Cosgrove and they have always been top notch. I Had to put down my 13 yr. old lab last april which was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Well needless to say they took care of it in the office with me there. I even got flowers from them a couple of days later. I have a new lab now and he also goes to ESL, I would never trust anybody else.

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

No, they didn't wear any cologne

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
