I was referred to Southeastern Veterinary Surgery Center for Dr. Waguespack's expertise in Orthopedic Surgery. His encompassing preoperative presentation was the finest I have ever seen in my 55 years within my nursing career. It left no question unanswered and instilled a sense of reassurance for our pet's successful surgical outcome.

Every member of the staff made me feel welcome and demonstrated their love for their animal patients.

Following surgery, Amanda matched the Doctor's preoperative presentation with the most concise postoperative summary I have ever heard in my years in the medical profession.

It has been an immense pleasure receiving this caliber of canine surgical in our city. Our dog, Annie, is in the beginning of many weeks of recovery and I look forward to the follow-up visits with this fine facility and its amazing staff.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. We have been going to Animal General since 1983, I have never been unhappy, over the yrs, 4 dogs and 1 cat, some a major problems like the one we have now, the business changed owners reciently because of retirement, the Dr changed but the care and professionalism continued with out a skip.
