I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Their charge reasonable prices for their services and take good care of the animals entrusted to them. They have been great every time I have used them and I would definitely refer them to others. They did all possible for my Zoey and took really good care of her
