Very dissapointed with this business on more than one occasion. I live not more than a block away, so this would potentially be the vet of choice for me and my best buddy 'can't reveal his name in fear of...' but today was the kicker. It was getting towards closing time and I was out of oral syringes to give my cat his medicine. As it's about a 2 minute walk (I don't drive) I politely asked them for 1 oral syringe to give my cat his medication, after getting the run-around from the front desk, I was told NO we cannot give you a basic 1 ml oral syringe (without a needle) or even sell you one! I was baffled. So,In the rain- not a great day - I made my way to Walgreens and asked if they had any syringes for oral cat medication administration. Without hesitation, the Pharmacist stayed on his phone-call, but opened a drawer right next to him grabbed a syringe and gave it to me for free. Make your own judgement on that one, and ask yourself if that is the type of caring animal hospital/vet you would want - not exactly one that 'goes and takes that caring extra step' .
