It's difficult to put into words what an AWFUL experience I had with that office and the staff.
I was told my dog needed an operation and how much it would cost. I brought the dog in and waited during the major operation. Everything went smoothly.
When it was over I was handed a bill for almost double what they told me!!!!! I was told to make monthly payments of 127.00 starting the next month. I asked to bring the bill down closer to the original price I'd been quoted and was told NO.
I asked for post operative pain relief for my dog and was told NO. My little dog was cut from stem to stern and was stapled together, but they felt it wouldn't need anything for pain!
Before my first payment was due I got a call from the office, a very nasty voice mail left for me asking where the money was!! The payment wasn't even due yet!!
In my opinion, they intentionally give less than a full dose of antibiotics to keep infections going so you have to return for more testing and vet visits.
I complained to the BBB. They responded with lies.
They have my dog's chart. My dog's date of birth is right on top of the chart. But yet they referred to my dog to me and the BBB that my dog is one year older than it is.
That's scary..can't they count? It's so basic!
Just an awful awful experience.
The local dog kennels use another vet for their emergencies. I can see why.
