I have gone to this Vet for 7 yrs. I find them to be caring and knowledgeable.
Dr. Lindsey Haile always tells me what is going on, what is needed and what my choices are with my 4 dogs. She always answers my emails if I have any concerns .
I have complete faith in King William Vet Clinic that they will do what is best for my dogs. I wouldn't take them anywhere else .

I am in the process of moving to VA, with that being said I took my FAMILY pet to this vet for a teeth cleaning. Comes to find out they pulled 8 of his teeth! I was in awe when I picked him up as that was beyond what was expected. He is handed to me and is diff still under from all the meds they gave him. I take him and later that day we go to pet him and his hips feel swollen. Decided since going back to NY to take him to VET. He had a cut/sores and looked like in a fight. He is now on antibiotics and steroids for a few weeks. Will never take my pet there again!! He is more family then a pet which is well taken care of...they NEVER even called me to ask how he was doing! My Vet here did and so did the ASPCA where I faxed my insurance papers to. Made me feel bad taking my pet there but was trying to get acclimated to the area since moving there. Will NEVER take either one of them there...ps..while in NY had my other lil one have a teeth cleaning and the same say he was jumping, climbing and doing what he always does. The one that I took there, he is still mending. Smh..had to ask him to forgive me.
