I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Their pricing was outrageously high. I was shocked and appalled at how much the bill was when it was time to pay. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I'm not used to veterinarians not providing food and water for pets, but they don't here. They'll get it for you but you have to ask several times before anyone actually does it.
