Dr. Vincent Smith has been practicing large and small animal medicine and surgery in the Athens area since graduating from the University of
Georgia's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. After several years of running a mobile practice, he opened Athens Regional Veterinary
Services in the spring of 2008. When not on farm calls or in the clinic, he can be found in the company of his three children.
Samantha Pickel is a licensed veterinary technician with over 23 years of practice experience. She has worked with Dr. Smith and our clients for over 7 years. Her expience and compassion for people and their animals are invaluable to our practice.
We are currently located at 4990 Lexington Rd. in Athens, one mile east of Tractor Supply Company and Wal-Mart. We are proud of our staff and facility and look forward to giving you a tour. Please feel free to stop by. Who knows? You might even see a cute puppy.. or kitten, or
