I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. Nothing was accomplished during my pet's appointment. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the veterinarian and how things went. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.

DO NOT LET THEM CROP YOUR DOGS EARS. MY DOBERMAN WAS LEFT WITH GANGRENE EARS THAT ARE HALF ROTTEN. THIS VET TAPED MY DOBERMAN'S EARS STRAIGHT TO THE SURGICAL WOUND. THERE WAS NO GUAZE BETWEEN THE WOUND AND TAPE. IT WAS SO BAD I CRIED WHEN I REMOVED HER DRESSING BECAUSE HER EAR CAME OFF WITH THE DRESSING. A DOBERMAN'S EARS MUST HEAL FOR TEN DAYS AND SUTURES REMOVED BEFORE BEING TAPED AFTER BEING CROPPED. THIS WAS IN HUMANE TREATMENT. PUTTING TAPE DIRECTING ON A SURGICAL WOUND AND TAPED SO TIGHTLY IT CAUSED BY DOG TO LOSE CIRCULATION. IF WILL NEVER CROP ANOTHER ANIMAL EARS AGAIN. IF YOU PREFER CROP EARS DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE. I STILL CRY FROM WHAT MY POOR BABY DOBERMAN WAS PUT THROUGH.
