I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. When my pet stayed overnight here I was promised by the staff and the veterinarian that I would be called at a certain time and I was so upset when they didn't call. I never heard a peep and I was a nervous wreck waiting by the phone worrying. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
