I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
