Dropped off my two dogs for boarding and teeth cleaning on a Monday. Immediately left for a vacation to Florida with my wife and five year old daughter. The next day I received a phone call from vet stating that one of my dogs had escaped and they needed me to help find her. I told them that I was currently at Disney World and that this was beyond inconvenient. Drove the 11 hours back home. Three hours out, vet called and told us that they found the dog. Upon arrival the vet told us that they didn't know where the dog was but that they had seen her in a cemetery. My wife and I went to look for her but the vet would not help. He claimed to have put signs out but there were none anywhere to be found. He claimed that he was not responsible for the dog escaping. I have spent the last two days searching for my dog and cannot find her. I have received absolutely no help from Luckett, nor have I received any apology or compensation for a five-day vacation ruined. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS BUSINESS!

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet?
Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
Yes! It was effortless!
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Yes, they were immaculate.
