I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
