I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
