I called them three times because I was nervous about boarding my pets for the first time. I told them that. I told them my older cat 14, bites and is nervous and that they had never been boarded before. They ASSURED ME that my cats would not be near barking dogs and would be together. When we came to get them, the handler couldn't manage them and I had to go get them, which I'm sure they didn't count on as they wouldn't let me see the facility when I asked to on an earlier trip here, said they were doing a procedure and I would have to come back later to see where they'd be staying. I'm from close to New Orleans and couldn't make a trip to see their boarding kennel! When we picked them up, the calico had a madly barking dog 4 feet from her, directly facing her. She is very mild mannered and was hissing and baring her teeth with dilated eyes. The handlers have no idea how to handle a cat, are not trained to hold them behind the neck properly. The 14-year-old cat was hiding under his litter box amidst a group of barking dogs. They were terrified. One of the vets called to apologize and said some "bad decisions were made." I would call that one heck of an understatement. If the people who work for you can't handle things, find someone who can.

They were told everything about my pets from the get-go, made promises about their care and didn't keep them. I would never, ever leave a pet there. I called them three times before I left my cats because I was concerned. The female vet who was there was most concerned about shutting the door to the lobby so the other customers wouldn't hear my loud mouth. Three times, she told her employees: "Close that door." Well, try closing this door. I am not a competitor trying to cause these people trouble. I am a pet lover who loves her cats and is hurt that people who are supposed to love and protect animals left both of mine terrified for two days and nights, seeing their obvious distress and just simply not caring enough to do a thing about it.
