One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me.
