They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. We have taken our pets there for over 20 years and they have done miraculous things with our previous Cocker Spaniel (Rowdy) that lived to be 17 years old and now with our current Cocker Spaniel (Maxie) 8 years old, and our Humane society pup we adopted (Charlie). I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it and we have needed them on Holiday weekends more times than I care to mention, they did not act inconvenienced at all and the cost was still very reasonable.. They have a caring staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. We wouldn't trust any other vets in the Wichita area with our dogs care.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
