I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I have been going to them for years and they know me and my body, including my trouble spots. Even though one of them is in a delicate area (ahem), they do an expert job being professional and working on the issue without any embarrassment or discomfort. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their office can be too cold, but only if you are getting a table massage and are sans clothing; their fully-clothed chair massage is always warming because they soak your feet in warm water for 20 minutes.
