Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Additionally, this woman is a fraud. She's not honest and is a terrible terrible person. I'd give her NO STARS if I could. One star is way too good for this terrible person.
