The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They didn't mention anything about risks or benefits. I felt really rushed like they just wanted to get me out of there.
