She is a wonderful therapist. Words cannot express how genuine, kind, encouraging, objective, and practical Colleen is when working with her clients. Never a sense of condemnation nor does she ever minimize your painful experiences. Her theoretical approach is tailored to your needs and I strongly recommend her for those who are in crisis be it relationally, emotionally, mentally, and as a parent as well. She points out your strengths and gives encouragement to even the smallest thing we may not view as success. She is ethical in practice 100%. I've had many painful, shameful, debilitating experiences throughout my life and Colleen has never judged me but has loved me in my weakness. It gives her joy to see her clients make small progress because to her, even if you show up for your appointment feeling worse, she points out your progress in making it one more week. I thank God for this Mental Health Therapist. Highly recommend.
