I had to wait 40 min. for my appointment. The nurse who did my "in-take information" was not professional in her mannerisms. Xrays were taken, but I was never shown them. The doctor was not friendly and seemed to not care what I had to say. When I asked to see my xrays, the doctor was unable to pull them up on their monitor to show me, nor could anyone else there get my xrays to pull up. The doctor's recommendation regarding the type of surgery I needed required much more time to heal than I had expected. I canceled my surgery and went to another podiatrist in another office, He related much better to me and seemed interested in a less intrusive surgery with a much shorter recovery time.
I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It was not easy to find, but worth the time spent to meet such a competent surgeon.
