After years of practice, training, psychotherapy, meditation practice, coursework, reading and especially "being," I bring to my practice the ability to guide you gently, and with a deep compassion for the human spirit, toward the path that will take you to whom you were meant to be, separate from what you have been taught or told. That discovery often results in the relinquishing of a tremendous burden, and the opportunity to view all of life through one's own lenses, a transformative experience.
I am a trained EMDR practitioner, having practiced and used this methodology for fifteen years. EMDR is the healing tool that moves us forward once our understanding is set. Utilizing our own inner and deep resources for healing, EMDR provides that possibility more gently and persuasively than any other psychotherapeutic technique.

After thirty years of being in practice, it is increasingly clear to me that "opportunity always coexists with crisis." Our task is to discover that opportunity. One of the paramount features of any crisis is that, unbeknownst to us, it has activated a life-long wounding.
