I was horrified at how badly they me and my mom. I felt so bad for my mom. It made me lose all trust for them. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. My mom's prescription was incorrect twice, my mom was so frustrated she just want her money back but doctor Hernandez refused to give her money back, she treated my mom like trash, i don't understand how a place that treat people this way can still be open for the public, my mom got an asthma attack the day she was in this office trying to get her money back and "doctor hernandez" nor her assistance didn't attemp to help my mom, the assistant was laughing about my mom's situation, it was a very sad and frustrated moment, i will never go back to this place anymore or recomend it to anyone. My mom did not get her money back.
