I was shocked at how friendly, professional, and quick everyone was here. My daughter was terrified of going to the eye Dr., but they were so good with her, she is no longer afraid.minas
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my family’s eye care.

The appointment was at 10 for the optometrist, but there was a closed sign at 10, so we went next door to eyeglass place. We waited for help, then went back around and saw that Nelissa had hurried over to open up when she saw us but didn't bother to let us know.
From there, it got worse. My 13 year old son had trouble putting in his contacts which he had for one week for the first time. Melissa blamed me that he didn't have them in. I said he couldn't them in, and needed help. Then she blamed me for not scheduling enough time (I don't work as an appt scheduler-that is her job). Then, she proceeded to blame my son for putting them in wrong. She was very impatient. Once he got them in, he could not see any of the letters on Dr. Evan's eye chart. I asked her why? She said it is because my son hadnt been wearing his contacts. I asked my son why. He said "because he cannot see clearly with them-that it must be th wrong prescription".
This was my family's first experience with WalMart Vision Center. We are headed back to Rsdy's Children's Specislists. There are professionals working there for less money.
