Predatory pricing practices. Once you're admitted, they find ways to increase billing rates. High staff turnover. The care portion of Sunrise was sold to a separate company and it's obvious the marching orders are to maximize profits and they are good at that. Not like you can just up and move out since the " guests" are elderly

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.
