My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. It really bothered me that the residents' rooms were pretty dark and poorly decorated. It didn't feel like they cared about their residents very much. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
