It was extremely uncomfortable because one lady who "works" there just sit and stared at my hairdresser and I the ENTIRE hour I was there! It was bizarre! Need to get rid of her!!!! You are scaring the clients away!I was sitting in the waiting area for quite a while since they called a hairdresser into work. She was great and very qualified and knowledgeable. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs.
