Don't believe them when they tell you they have nurses more specialized in wound care, weaning patients from vent, etc. That is a lie. Most nurses aren't even RNs, many are nurses just out of school, and some are still in school. I have yet to see one nurse who seems specialized in anything and they are very understaffed with nurses having 7+ patients and sometimes one PCA for all 36 patients. Stay in regular hospital setting as long as you are able.
