I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The overall service provided by the VA in the Knoxville area is the slowest I have ever expierenced!!!!
