The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. This was one of the most confusing and frustrating hospitals I have ever been too. Forget about getting any of your questions answered, they are much too busy. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week.
