They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Some of the doctors seem uncaring or unfriendly and have no business treating children. Poor bedside manor in about half, the other half are great! You just have to make sure you make your appointment with the good doctor or PA.
