Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. The pledge of CNRV is to promise families that they will be taken care of as if they were the families of those employed at CNRV. Initially we were promised that due to the negligence of the hospital all bills would be taken care of and Humana need not be informed. We were promised this on March 11, 2014 by Mr. GC Duck (Administrator) We requested that he put this in writing. (Refused) In our next meeting on March 20, 2014, he pledged the same thing but this time he said he didn't know about the doctors billing. CNRV is responsible due to their negligence having my mother in law with Alzheimer's, fall out of a bed in the emergency room to sustain a broken hip . As a result, mom has been sent to an inferior rehab facility in Roanoke that is unequivocally incompetent. Patti Love, GC Duck, Bobbi Weeks (Risk Manager CNRV). How do you sleep at night and function without a conscience. One's life is in peril due to your negligence. Every one in the Roanoke, New River Valley will soon be aware, therefore all of your reputations will be tarnished permanently.
