Breathing Room opened its doors in July 2007. The name originated from the thought that many people seek out yoga for relaxation and as a means for unwinding from busy schedules. The demands of juggling work, families, a home, and for some, school, can leave a person depleted of energy. This is why it is important to have room to breathe and this was the vision Nichole had when opening the studio.
Are you looking for a place to relax and let go of tension?
Do you want to increase your flexibility while lowering blood pressure?
Or do you just want some quality “me” time while learning how to maintain and control your breath?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, Breathing Room will help you become focused, balanced, and can create the experience you need to find comfort in your body.
Is yoga for you? Many people have the misconception that you need to be flexible for yoga. The fact is that all of the aspects of yoga can reach every population. Everyone could benefit from having a little Breathing Room in their life.
